Every job follows the same steps:

• Disassemble and degrease. Parts are taken down and cleaned so no oil is left in the metal.
• Blast. Surfaces are blasted to give the ceramic a clean profile to grip.
• Mask and spray. Bores, threads and internals are protected, then Cerakote is sprayed in thin, even coats.
• Cure and reassemble. Parts are oven-cured and checked before they go back together.
